Indaba Music has been the platform for some phenomenal music; one of the groups that have had an amazing impact is Peace Partners, a group created to spread peace to the world in the form of music. A beautiful concept that Indaba is proud to be a part of; along their journey Peace Partners has become a close friend of Indaba Music and recently shared with us an amazing video that was featured on a Canadian News Program.
Peace Partners is an amazing group that you all should look into and feel free to get involved with. This world is seeing some hard times, and it is time for us to stand up and spread the love with the positive vibes of music.

Hello Indaba Music community,
I want to thank the members that completed our survey for their thoughtful responses and also thank those that continue to contribute feedback on a regular basis. It wouldn’t have been possible to build this home for musicians without your incredibly solid input.
Indaba Music has been growing extremely quickly and, as a result, we’ve lately been focused on maintaining quality of service that you’ve come to expect from us. We’re making some serious upgrades to the site infrastructure that you should already have started to see take effect. Additionally, in the coming weeks Chat will be more stable, pages will load faster, and you won’t get those pesky error messages as often.
On a related note, after a successful Alpha test, where we learned quite a bit about your interests and needs from an online DAW, we’re excited to let you know that in the first quarter of 2010 we’ll be launching a new, overhauled, version of the Session Console. Same real-time effects, high-quality recording, and clips library but without the loading and compatibility issues you may have experienced to date.
Finally, there are some HUGE products coming out in a few months that we believe will make your lives much easier and change the way you think about being a musician online.

Wyclef Jean is leading the way, with his foundation Yele, to help the recovering victims of Tuesday's earthquake. Since the devastating 7.0 earthquake and its massive aftershocks hit Port-au-Prince, over 100,000 people have been reported dead and missing. The city is in utter chaos with demolished government buildings, hospitals, schools and homes. People litter the streets in search of family and friends and no place to seek refuge. Eye's around the world are focus on Haiti and are seeking ways to lend a helping hand. Please join Indaba in donating to Yele, Wyclef's foundation here: An alternative way to help is to text "Yele" to 501501. This donates $5.00 to the donation and will show up on your next cell phone bill. Wyclef is now in Haiti lending his support so let us do the same.
