We are looking for Rails developers to join our team, help shape our product, and have fun doing it. Candidates with actual Rails development experience (MVC! Testing! SVN!) are preferred, but talented, experienced web developers with an appetite to learn Rails are welcomed as well. Successful candidates will be excited to play with the interesting challenges we face every day, like large file transfers and server-side audio manipulation. You should be interested in working for an innovative, quickly-growing, well-funded startup and you should be interested in solving the "what" and the "why" of the problem, not just the "how."

We are looking for web designers with strong design AND technical skills. Successful candidates will be skilled at developing clean, modern, and intuitive user interfaces and aesthetically pleasing graphic designs, and also the possess the ability to turn those designs into cross-browser HTML and CSS. You should be interested in working for an innovative, quickly-growing, well-funded startup and you should be interested in the "what" and the "why" of your work, not just the "how."

Required Skills
- Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
- Ability to translate designs into HTML and CSS that will function across browsers
