Inspire Third Eye Blind's New Album!

Third Eye Blind is back and energized as they gear up to release their new album, Ursa Major. Participate in a series of contests and you can help them put on the final touches!

"Don't Believe a Word" is the second track from Ursa Major that Third Eye Blind is making available to Indaba users. A return to the band's roots, "Don't Believe a Word" features an energetic arrangement of drums, piano, driving guitars, and thought-provoking lyrics.

Third Eyed Blind provides you with the un-mixed instrument stems for "Don't Believe a Word" so you can get your hands dirty. Mix your own version, remix theirs, or add your own tracks to the mix.

Inspire the band with your vision of the song!

Prize

This contest is part of a series of Third Eye Blind contests, with each contest centered on a song on the upcoming album Ursa Major.

Top 3. Members and the public will nominate three community favorites from each contest to receive an autographed copy of the album when it's released.

First Place. Third Eye Blind will choose a winner from among all the submissions in each contest. The band will release an alternate mix album of contest winners, to be included as a companion digital album to the band's own release of Ursa Major.

Grand Prize. Third Eye Blind will also select one Grand Prize Winner from among all the contests. The Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to perform live onstage with Third Eye Blind!

Judges

The band's excited to hear your submission and the discussions you have about its music! Band members will select the first-place winner from among the submissions. After the campaign is over and the album's complete, they'll critique the first-place winners of all the contests and select one grand prize winner. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, and marketability, so think outside the box!

Q: My widget doesn't work. What the heck?
A: We are working with our widget provider to make the widgets compatible with as many sites as possible. That said, different sites have different issues with widgets. The best way to guarantee success is to follow these guidelines.

• Avoid using Internet Explorer (use Firefox instead)
• When posting to popular social networking sites use the built in sharing functionality for that site.
• Avoid posting to the "About Me" or "Like to Meet" sections of your MySpace profile.

Q: I don't see my question here!
A: Please post a description of the problem on the discussion board and we’ll help you as best we can!

Incubus went here twice I think. And yeah Hoobastank sounds so much like them maybe because of the vocals. But i always love their arrangements specially with the orchestra. My fave song from them is If Only. I missed the 3eb show last Sept 5. I believe it was not well announced but if was really for that party fest.
