The different tracks start at different times.

They sound perfect when playing in the online mixer itself, but after I mixdown the different instrument tracks all start earlier than they should

This is strange! There is no reason for this to happen. Maybe if you leave a little more info we can do some snoopin' around and see if there is something we can figure out.

For example, what program are you importing the files to? What are you converting the files to - mp3, aiff, wav? Maybe the program you are using converts the files in a weird way and add space?
