Man,
For the love of sanity, start a forum area just for contest threads. If this is going to be an integral part of Indaba (which I think is cool), you should consider some parameters that do not carry over into business as usual (so to speak). This Mariah Remix contest, although fun, is permeating its way through Indaba and starting to affect members.

I agree too! We;'ll get on it. We're working on trying to contain some of the promotion to areas where it's appropriate and the last thing we want to do is affect your business as usual. I love the contests too but what you guys are doing is the heart of Indaba and we want to do everything we can to foster that.
