Why are we all on Indaba? I'm assuming it's not to impress friends. Maybe it is to just say that you are a fan of music? Maybe for some of you it is. If you do qualify for that, then stop reading. Is it just for the heck of it? So you bought that microphone and recording software so you can have fun? That's not a bad thing, but stop reading if that is you. Indaba is a wonderful worldwide community, but our intention in creating the community was never to replace what it's like to be in the same place as other musicians. To that end, I thought I'd start a group (woohoo - new functionality!) so we could all start a discussion and, who knows, maybe have the biggest jam session in NYC!
