The Console is still in Alpha and we appreciate your help in identifying any issues. Please include your operating system type and version, browser program and version, as well as a detailed description of what happens when you try to open the Console. h1. 3. Mac Users Only: Why does the Console sometimes freeze after I log in?
This issue is a bug that we're aware of, and we're working on getting it fixed as soon as possible. For now, the best thing to do would be close and re-open the Console after it freezes. The second time you load up the Console, it should work fine on your computer.

No! Basic members still have access to the Console. Upgrading to Pro or Platinum will give you additional Console features including advanced audio effects, additional audio clips, and the ability to use the Console offline.

h1. 6. Mac Users Only: Why do I see a blank white screen whenever I try to open the Console?
There are a very small number of Mac computers that do not load the correct graphics when the Console is launched. If this is the case please upgrade to Java 6, which you can download from the Apple website.

h1. 7. Mac Users Only: Why does a Text Edit file open when I try to open the Session Console?
On a small number of Macs running OS X 10.5 (Tiger) the computer doesn't realize that a required program (Java Web Start) exists. If this is happening to you please follow these instructions:
1. Use Finder to go to Macintosh HD/System/Library/CoreServices. You don't need to do anything here, just open the window.
2. Next, close that window and go to the JNLP file that downloaded when you tried to launch the Console, Control+Click on the JNLP file and select 'Get Info'.
3. In 'Get Info' Make sure 'Open With...' is set to 'Java Web Start'.
4. Finally, double click on the JNLP file and you should be able to launch the Console now and in the future. You can now close all windows.
