Ahh, Monday. The birds are chirping, the sun is shining and we here at Indaba are gearing up for another week of making music together. But before we get to that, let's get to arguing. Last week we discussed which formerly music-heavy TV station does a better job of playing songs, MTV or VH1. This week, let's stay on the topic of television but let's switch it up a bit, shall we? Let's talk show soundtracks. When I think about shows that did a lot to introduce me to new music, two big names come to mind: The OC and Scrubs. Both of these shows featured a ton of hardly-famous bands both on the soundtrack and in the show (The OC's second season seemed to feature a new band each week). So, for those of us who have watched both shows, which one played better music? Simple as that. Have it out in the comments and Happy Monday.
