THE FUTURE BEAT IS ON!

Friday November 14, 2008 at 06:30 PM

We are excited to announce the November 18th release of Future Beat, the latest single from Indaba's own, Vinyl Life. During conceptualization of the video, Vinyl Life had the notion to call on Indaba's Mantis Evar to make a special guest appearance! So check out this Indaba collaboration in full effect here:

Future Beat from Tape Theory on Vimeo.

This cutting edge group combines years of experience rocking crowds as DJs and MCs with an all-hardware aesthetic creating a killer live show.

While the rest of the world swears by the laptop studio, Vinyl Life’s gear-heavy approach prompted Billboard Magazine to dub them “Analog Kids”. In the studio, the Vinyl Life production team uses piles of equipment to tell the story of electronic music made 25 Earth years ago, today, and light years into the future.
