This is the state of things: is a romantic ballad designed either as a stand alone song or as a film cue for a romantic scene during a film. Roland Acoustic Guitar, strings and my vocals were all recorded in one take to give the track a 'Live' feel. Hope you enjoy the song, take care, Nigel
Hi thought i'd drop an instrumental here as i'm curious what people think of this track. I have lots of these that i could upload and might do over the next few days. Please leave comments and i thank you in advance.
There are so many great entries here I feel humble and reluctant, however I'm going ahead anyway because despite being 100% amateur, I feel like sharing my stuff...flaws and all.
Dude I was feeling it for real man it was wicked for sure. All I hear is maybe a bit more mixing Vocals could be out more you know. When I listen I hear that you are very comfortable with your Guitar but there is more you can bring to the table if you just share that spotlight with your voice and maybe do some stacks there. I can surely hear this in like some video games and maybe even one of the superhero movies like Batman it sets a real mystical but also hopeful mood and just rocks Dude.
Thanks so much for the review, AudioMavenMusic. I will experiment on the mixes for sure. The learning process is definately all about experimentation for me, not having any instruction, so the feedback here is very helpful. I listened to your Jazzy track and it's great! Nothing I can offer in the way of critique; I don't really qualify. I liked it, so i figure that's all that counts....

Trippy. I like this! It's a little glitchy at points but overall it's creative. I could hear it in a car commercial.
