Toronto based Nate Wize has been busy crafting his sound for the past 17 years. As a producer, Wize has been known for his rogue mashes andremixes inspired by hip hop, 90’s raves, bass culture and the energy of a northern forest. Nate is a full time lover, regular touring member of Dubmatix Soundsystem and member of Toronto ’s Dub Collective. Hip Hop collaborators and partners in crime MC Lee Reed and DJ Realisitc spawned the 3 piece looping and lyrical army Peoples Republc - sharing the stage with some of the finest... (DJ Krush, DJ Vadim, Roots Manuva, Del Tha Funkee Homosapien)
From dubby keys to funky percussion, melodic scratching to layered mixing, Nate Wize hopes to always have your head nodding in a rub a dub stylee.

Nate you are so right. I really think K-OS is insecure and felt threatened. He didn't want mixes that were better than his on the companion CD. Many of his picks were laughable or politically motivated. What a joke.
