Franco-British composer and guitarist Chris Rodgers is a graduate of Berklee College of Music’s jazz composition and film scoring departments who has been settled in London, UK for a few years. An active member of London’s thriving music scene, he performs regularly on guitar as a leader and/or sideman and conducts his 18-piece big band Combustible Alarms (“An exciting collective of up and coming London-based jazz musicians” – TimeOut) whose debut CD is due out later this year. Chris’ other work includes theatre, dance and film, and his music has been heard on TV and radio across the USA and Europe. Recently completing the score for Tavishi Alagh’s forthcoming Bollywood Crossings, a film about the subculture of Hindi film entertainment in the United States, he is now working on the score for British gangster flic "Butterflies and Bullets".
