Hey there, you posted on my thread on electro house / progressive house music in the forums. So, thought i'd hit you up to see what can work out. Thanks.
Hello there. I got something new I'd like you to listen to. It's different and just an idea. I uploaded "All Abandoned", feel free to listen to it and give me feedback. If people like this, then I'll be creating some with guitar and vocals mixed in. Making this stuff is fun.
Thanks
send me the acapella and ill make it happen. i been squeezin out alot of beats lately so you may be in luck
DND, get back at me and review my remixes and new west+east = peace song. Wanna hear your criticism, also messaged Abel G after seeing his post on your profile on how to make a session; if you so desire check out my post on his profile as making sessions is a large part of this website bro. It's not just for promotion.
Are you kiding me man? you're not a novice,...I counted nine published songs you have on your profile so compared to me who doe'snt have even one yet you're a pro at how to put a recording session together on indaba.
All I need is the steps in the order they should be done man so I can get somthing accomplished. So let's just start from the beginning and go from there but "you" lead the way,.. just tell me what you would do when you are putting a session together from start to finish and I'll ask the qustions as you explain the process. how does that sound? will that work for you to help me out? I just want to be able to get something published so I can share it with others and show them my abilities and style. Just tell me how you begin and lets go from there.
hello, can you check my entry out???

Hate it or love it, leave feed back...
thanks...
hello DND, I am flattered that you have asked me to listen and comment on your music but the truth is I am a novice to indaba and dont even know how it works how to get others to collaberate or how to record a session. What I need is your help and experience to knwo where to start and everything else in between that gets me from start to finish in getting a session recorded and published on indaba so that others can hear what I have to offer too. I'm so lost where do I begin? how do you learn about how to use indaba?..is there a turorial I can watch or read? your help would be very welcomed since I dont have a clue as to what Im supposed to do. I really do have keyboard skills but dont know how to apply them so I can share them with others through indaba so any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the comment. Ill def work on it. I honestly dont really know how to mix.. ive only been makin beats for 3 or 4 months now. I learned how to do everything on you tube. but sure that sounds possible man. I dont know how to use session or anything yet though
good questions. I personally like distinctiveness in music. especially when it brings out a certain attitude. for instance Devin The Dude. If you know who you are and what you represent and you bring it out in your music. you will asways have a different sound than everyone else. Its more interesting and has more depth. just dont be a New boy or a souldja boy. there destroying hip hop and what it represents. bring back the real music homie!
I produced all the instruments. the only things thats arnt mine are the acapellas
thts wierd it wont load. But you do have a very distinct voice. I know it sucks spendin money you really dont have. trust me. lol. but a good set up is def worth it if your serious about your music, looking for business or tryin to impress an industry. just my opinion
cool man, thnks. but once again it was a good beat. You need a better mic though
Not that I can think of. nice beat. What kinda mic are u using? oh and I just put up my first remix. its for the Nasa competition. id like to hear what u have to say about it
You keep gettin better and better. I like the Girl Gotta Girlfriend the most so far of your repertoire.
I think the track wasn't good at all, I could barely hear what you were sayin. You def got a distinctive voice tho.
HERE GO A LIL FREESTYLE I DID AFTER DA HOOK U CAN TURN IT OFF DA BEAT JUS KEEP GOIN
Hey if u have time could u please listen to my new remix
Girl Gotta Girlfriend (DNDeee-Mix) - Bobby V And DND
It took me a few hours to make, recording was hard because theres a differebt feel on every verse so i recorded over and over again. um yeah.
This is for a Jamglue contest. I thought lyrically i was pretty good. You decide. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Yes, I bought Mixcraft as it was cheapest and easy to use. I am going to delete some of your posts because they end up in a long list of comments. You can do the same to mine if you want and send me messages instead.
rgds,
CherieO
I don't know how good they are about prizes...I am new and this is my first contest ever at any site.
You should check out the NASA remix contest, the deadline is Oct. 27, I believe.
The winner for each of 12 songs is decided by the band: Marcy Playground (awesome alt band) and gets to be on their album, and collect royalties but the honorable mentions are the first 3 by votes that win a free CD.
I think I'm tied for 2nd right now...I'm estatic to be in the top 3 or even on the radar at all!
Thanks, you are so sweet! My remix just moved up in the ranks.
