Hey mixers!  I'm Chrissy Harmas and I'll be the blogger liazon between you and the band.  I work in the management office here in Sunny San Fran and I'll be able to let you in on the great things the guys are doing.  I've been listening to the mixes that have already gone up on the site and I am blown away by the talent I hear.  Stephan and I sat down yesterday and there are already a few of you who have caught his ear.

There have been some questions as to whether this is a 're-mixing' or a 'mixing' contest.  The point of this contest is to show us your talent.  Tell us what you like to hear based on the way you mix it.  Maybe you think it's way out in left field for a band like Third Eye Blind, but you never know when something off the wall can inspire even the most talented of people.  Tony knows there is a genius out there just waiting to be discovered.  I will give you a little insight to the mind of Stephan Jenkins.  He likes a DIRRTY bass.  He loves that thump.  So my mixers, go out there and make my heart break and my ass shake.  After all, this is rock and roll right?
