Working With Others

How I Work:

I have my own home ProTools studio where I track all my lead and backing vocals. When I receive a track or idea from a producer I'm working with, I write lyrics and melody to the track we are working with and create a scratch demo before recording the final thing. I do my own vocal arrangements, backing vocals and harmonies. I don't do mixing so I usually send the tracks back to the producer or to a pro engineer to mix into a final track.

(I do NOT utilize Autotune and will refuse to have anything Autotuned in a final mix)

Experience:

Professional

Equipment:

MacBook Pro | Protools M-Powered, M-Audio Keyboard | M-Audio | Firewire Audio Interface | Studio Projects Tube Preamp | Studio Projects B1 Microphone | Peluso 251 Condenser Microphone* (Typically used on all my vocals. Similar sound to the legendary Telefunken Elam 251 Mic)

Fantastic vocals on "You Don't Know What Love Is", was it comp'd or 1-take? The music is very interesting, too. nice production values.
