About Me

Skill Level:
Semi-Pro
Craft:
poetress, music student
Instruments:

Genres:
techno, metal, Death Music, new instrumental, industrial, symphony
Influences:
Alan Parsons, Bach, Vivaldi, Beethoven, Cradle Of Filth

I am attracted to decadence. From dark chocolate to sweet sanguinity. Vampires and Wicca. I indulge in astrology and spiritualism. Cheesy slasher films to psychological thrillers. Melancholic poetry, depressing poetry, horror literature and writing. I partake in sketching as a passtime and listening to korrosive techno.

My current residence is in Nova Scotia, Canada, for the time being. Orginally, I am from Germany-- My love.
From an early age, I have been spoiled with the variational art of music which thus inspired me to create music.
Bach, Vivaldi and Arkenstone are my three favorites.

My name is Adra (ad-rah) (or Adara, depending on where you live). I will not give my full name because it is mine, and this is the internet, many unwanted things happen here.

I have a variety of talents in music, but I wish to keep it a hobby for people to enjoy. seeing my hobby turned into a job would depress me. For it is my art, not my life. And it is here for you to enjoy.

I use Music Studio, Adobe, Remixers and keyboards to create that desired techno effect.
I have created 56 songs, so if you ever feel you want to hear more, ask me for either fantasy/symphonic poem/philosophical or techno and you'll be bound to find it posted within the week.

Black Waltz, I just completed my listening experience and I must say "Soul Fusing at 64kbps-The Playing of Chess" is magnificant. Indeed, an awesome display of musicality, emotion, and creativity. At times, I felt trapped and bounded by thoughts. The intro, it's like I was thinking and plotting a way to advance through or escape my situation. Than, at about 2:57 on, I feel liberated, calm, and by the closing I feel like something has been achieved. "The Crystal Hierarchy" is splendid and at 2:11 I'm captivated. Congratulations on being named "Featured Artist" and do continue to express your art with the universe.

Peace and Rock On,
Allan Blanks
