Here for fun with other Musos. I've been playing for 25 years, and have been in many bands, and settings. Currently composing classicial for the Rockhampton Youth Orchestra, I also have been in prog rock bands, pop duos, covers bands, disco bands, Pink Floyd tribute band, jazz trios, written TV scores, and worked as a solo piano man.

Yes Vista is a piece of crap- Its hard to get programs installed on it (even if it says vista on the box) there always seems to be some problem! I have a suggestion. Try to install it on XP first. Then Install it on the vista and after that Copy all the .dll's data files and settings onto an external drive or a usb flash drive. Then Put them on the vista. Basically its cracking the system. My Brother in law just got SolidWorks 09 from his work. He tried to install it on his vista, but one of the files needed to be updated for it to work. The problem was that it wouldnt update because windows wont allow changes to a .DLL or some bull- so I put it on my machine copyed that .dll and replaced his. IDK if that'll help! Ill have to re-read. What program are you delaying on dosent say in your equiptment!!!!!! If it's FL studio- Its gonna be off all the time. If its reason or logic. I think theres the trick of recording it as best as possible then looking at the note plane- then moving and resizing. IDK MAN lol I would have to be there to help!
Maby you should just buy XP instead of a new sound card lol!
And awsome helping me get in a direction would be great Im in such a block lately!
