I once was a pianist, mainly jazz inspired by Oscar Peterson, now converted to a Chapman Stick player looking for new horizons. I like the things that let you move your ass. Funky groove with a rock attitude, but to be true: It is all about music!
I would like to use this platform to find musicians that like to make music with me. Explore rythms and harmonies, finding melodies or dissonance. To be creative together without the need to become commercial. Here we are, Web 2.0.
Why I play the Chapman Stick? When playing the piano I always thought I am to far away from the notes. There is so much mechanics between me and the tone. Guitar was no alternative, because it is not polyphonic enough and each hand is tied to it's role. I love the independence and interdependance of hands I know from the piano. When I found the Chapman Stick it was like coming home. No more mechanics, just me and the tone. Awesome...

I work anytime after my daytime job which is normaly about 7pm GMT+1
- Experience:
Well, I played in several rock and funk bands, did a lot of Jazz jams on the piano, back in the 90s. Now my main focus is on playing the Chapman Stick in every possible musical situation.

Grand Stick, Alto Stick, Vintage 10 string Stick, tons of effect pedals, VOX AC30, Glockenklang top and 4x10 box. Apple Computers and all the neccessary audio processing software.
