Varicose Mezuzah, I would like to first extend my appreciation man. Thanks for adding me and sharing your art. I luv the way you play your guitar in "Saying Somethin". Your strikes were funky, your delivery is really cool, and I just like the attitude. Your opening in "Larry Bird" is baaad :) The craftmanship with the drums is very rhythmatic throughout your compositions. Excellent musicianship. Varicose, I hear so many different elements fused in your work. Metal, funk, rock n roll, folk, blues, and punk among others. Man, continue to listen to your instincts and have fun. Cool ideas are over here.

Peace and Rock On,

Allan Blanks

Whats going on fella's? How's things goin' in the Apple?

Albert Syeles wrote on July 28, 2009:

Ah! That explains a lot.
Still, it's obvious you guys have so much talent. I just don't care for some of the harshness in some of your recordings. You have demonstrated you can be sophisticated. That's the real challenge of experimentation. What I heard on much of your stuff sounded like the testosterone ravimngs of my own youth. Best kept to yourselves just having fun. Not for publication. If you are going to put yourselves out as experimental musicians, prove something. Best of luck.

Albert Syeles wrote on July 28, 2009:

I have to disagree with my friend Boris. I like the subtle "Sayin' Somethin', but I find the other cuts mainly just loud. Especially since every wave form is obviously beyond clipped. Bad recordings. I do howver really like the drum work - no that is interesting and energizing. Guess I'm more of a traditionalist, but experimentation can be extremely effective without secreamig. That's been done. Too much.

You guys are great. Very energizing and powerful, especially Larry Bird and Freedom Rings. RESPECT!
