About Me

Skill Level:
Semi-Pro
Craft:
musician, composer, recording engineer
Instruments:
electric guitar, keyboard, computer (pc)
Genres:
dance-punk, electronica, ska punk, jungle, drum and bass
Influences:
Shortwave Radio, Caffeine, Tweenies

Old enough to know better but unable to kick the audio habit, I spent so long hanging around in the local college studio they gave me a job there...
My compositions are resolutely uncommercial and are growing more so, so don't hang out with me if you want to get signed by Sony. I love the clicks, pops and crunches that seem to live outside modern commercial music, but still have their own beauty, which i try to expose with my compositions. i have used the sound of TV static, 'prepared' piano samples and more recently a food mixer in my tunes, and today spent a happy afternoon on the industrial estate with a tape recorder, searching for new sounds to inspire me.

like the mix, love the lo-fi nastiness, particularly love scribbler, on fast white car a bangin heavily artifacted kik would make my day, just for a little more tangibility. if you get a chance can you have a listen to mine and give feedback, maybe even give it a vote, http://www.clearspring.com/widgets/486941519babcea7?p=4869619f414b0915&flv=submission%5Fid%3D2486%26api%5Fhost%3Dbowery thanx B

Hiyo! When you have a minute, I would love it if you'd listen to Dandy Lion, my Mariah Carey remix. If you're feelin' my jammms, then feel free to vote for it here: http://www.indabamusic.com/submissions/show/2192. Thanks for your time! Paz y Pesos, Gejius
