Name is Nick, I like writing poetry to rhythm; I'm an MC. Not one to cart around an ego, but it doesn't mean I'm not confident in who I am and what I stand for. Fuck scheming and drama, fuck the system, and that's either metaphorically true to the scum who enjoy both things, or the people like me who have come to hate both.
Open for collaboration, really want to explore online collaborating, it's already expanded my talent beyond anything I could've achieved and help me find myself. Shure SM58, I should have known.. x< Ha ha, kidding. Try a condenser and work on your mic technique. You could use the SM58 on like the verse, and build som airy vocals on the chorus with the condenser. Experiment, it can be really cool. Peace out from Sweden

I made a remix of that Whatchadoin song...NASA remix contest...its the first track on my profile - cheIck it out.
I submitted it to a late submissions session (it was taking forever to upload, and I was trying to upload within the last 30 minutes)....but yea, if you like it, vote for it...if you can find it...i should find a link once its officially in the contest or whatever
anyways, i wasnt planning on submitting anything to that contest, never came up with a beat to go with that Whatchadoin accapella, and thats the only track i really liked from that contest. but funny thing is, i was working on this new beat last night, and for some reason decided to add that accapella to see how it'd sound. different tempos...so i had to slow down the verses...and i chopped up MIA's hook to fit the beat, didnt have to slow it down....oh and when i slowed down the rap verses to match my tempo - i just did a regular time stretch - i let it change the pitch...and i just happened to fit the key of the track. its a real slow (55bpm) downtempo trippy/epic-ish track.

Yeah bro i feel u. my sitch is confusing as fuck. my dads at home for a few months of the year, but when hes home he just hits my mom and me and screams about money, he cheated on my mom and has another kid in South Africa who gets 10 times more than me and doesnt pay jack shit for anything. I fucking would be happy if the basterd died, my mom got to stay with him otherwise were fucked. But i guess im lucky coz In NZ they dont let people get to low class and healthcare is free and if u cant afford essentials they give it to u... the thing here is race not class if ur polynesian or maori, u get university free with level 1 where as if u are white u gotta get level 3 and pay, the education systems confusing here so don't ask. I can afford shit coz i got a legit minimum wage job. Personally i rap about violence and fucking glorify it coz thats whats in my head, my dads brought me up around violence, it's just the shit i'm thinking that everyone else is thinking but is too pussy or tactfuk to put it out there, but its more in a joke way, coz i dont actively get involved in violent shit. But theres a tone to those type of tracks and my message type tracks which should be able to be differentiated. Mainly im a battle MC, which comes out in my structured rhymes, and also battle Mcing is the only way i can make easy cash as an unsigned artist with shit quality equipment. I dunno i've heard of soo many artists that have been signed with some shit equipment and i guess in another year it'll be easier coz i can go to open mic contests and get my buzz up. I mean my buzz isnt bad I've had radio play and I've got pro artists who are interested to work with me even one dude on this website who was part of Lyrical Lounge and played with Eminem said it's be cool to collab on a track so...

Bro i really appreciate all ur advice and feedback!! honestly it was the best ive got in a while. Not sounding lyk im cocky but i think in most aspects of my game I'm a strong MC. But ur right music costs money and in complete honesty I've spent jack shit on my music I, and ive been spitting for 6 years I found an old mic in the basement and ive been using that and a bunch of pirated programs. I am not willing to spend money, I mean I've got the cash from savings and shit but I'm just above minimum wage I give cash to my mum coz we never know if my deadbeat father is going to send cash and thats where the majority of my cash goes. To be Honest im a shit Mixer I know slowly ive got better but I focus more on my rhymes than mixing, I think im better than a hell of a lot of pro cats, but since they got the budget they can make a more appealing track u feel?
