Shantal Reich belongs to the era of depth expression that has come on the scene with such artists as John Mayer and OneRepublic. Her songs and lyrics alternatively evoke the bluesy riffs of Adele and introspective drive of Linkin Park. Shantal was born in Hawaii in 1991. For you math majors, you've probably already figured out that she's in high school. This could be good or bad depending if you want lyrics from the past generation or the next generation.

If you want to hear what's next, check out some of Shantal's lyrics. She recently placed in an international lyric contest through the company We Are Listening with her entry of “Lost and Found”. She received a "Very Honorable Mention" in the Gary Allen Music City Song Competition for her song "Now I See The Light" that she co-wrote with her father. Shantal is also working on a collaboration with an artist from Universal Music, and a composer from High School Musical. Shantal is writing with artists from all over the world as well as writing with her father. She writes lyrics in many styles including Rock, Pop, Urban, Alternative, Jazz, and even Country. Shantal’s goal in this industry is to write lyrics and/or collaborate for other talented artists.

Shantal is currently living in sunny San Diego.

Working With Others

How I Work:

I have lyrics and I want some talented artists to write music to them. Once we have a song, I plan to pitch them to record labels in need of new material for their artists. Some record label contacts I have are Warner, Universal, Sony, Columbia, and many more.
