I'm called a 'renaissance man' by some because of my many varied interests. I love the music, philosophy, art and literature of many different eras and genres. Luxury would always have its place but I dislike pretence. I'd say I'm probably most comfortable around talented people who rarely, if ever, are shocked by anything.

Thanks Jerry.
This is why I find Indaba useful. I look forward to all your input.
Take care.

Thanks. Let me know if you have any projects with clarinet, I'm always looking to try new things. Feel free to pass my name along if you know of any other projects as well. Take care.

No nothing unfinished- I mean like....The songs are seperated only by track numbers this album is like one huge song! I was saying should I record meplaying the whole album strait through, but I've already been told by my boy that would be a bad Idea!

Josh Bisher wrote on January 22, 2009:

BTW I'm getting closer to finishing up my album in your professional opinion, do you think I should be over confident and mix allthe tracks on the album into one song- each song goes right into the next so as it is, and I'm prolly not going to have enough space, on my profile, so I'm goingto have to mix some together anyway! Is that too risky though cuz if I loose someone with it right away they're going to miss out on some great tunes!

Josh Bisher wrote on January 22, 2009:

Much Much Better- "I like a" this definately my favourite tune from you now!

I've listened to Cage a little. He's got a cool piece on youtube of him playing a bunch of household stuff on television in the pre70's.

Josh Zaslow wrote on January 21, 2009:

Thanks, I'd like to hear the Eubanks thing.

I hear you bro, Yeah I see what you mean with te unfinished works. Especially the first song actually> that's one of the songs on an album I'm trying to put out, and the second song was unfinished at the time so it ended quick. See my problem is= I sit down and bang out tunes that I really enjoy, and I always hear (mostly for my finished works) that they're really great, you are a good musician, you have that raw talent, keep it up I wan't to hear more tunes from you. And don't get me wrong I am always super stoked to hear it, but the sad part about it all is when I get Professionals on Major lables telling me this like example (My myspace profile) 4 months into producing- I had alot of ambient stuff going on. Amir Baghiri sent me a friend request, and commented that he really really loved my sound, and I wasn't about to ask him buthad in mind (man if you love it get me a job doing it)! Amir is one of the number one Ambient artists in the world, and could easily get me on a lable, but no! It's like I tried so hard at first just for people to like me, and for fun (I suceed at that), but my fan base widens and still I'm just doing it technically for nothing! It's driving me crazy you know! I wan't to do this for fun and get paid, but the fun kinda gets knocked out of you when you know theres no chance of youmaking acareer doing what you love.- I think I'm going to finish that album up, and when I get it posted I'll let you know so your friend can get a listen to it. PeaCe and Thanks for your comments brother- Josh

Thanks forthe add brother, good stuff you have here. Gotta say cowboy strange love was a little hardto follow with headphones on only because there was a little to muchpan in the left phone, but really liked it either way! Your classical pieces areawsome though good piano! Too long was def my favourite as a film score! Definately could hear that song in a movie! Cheers Mate- Josh
