i learn songs extremely fast, and i refuse to sit and play cover songs. ill jump in and make some noise fit for a while until they evolve into solid melodies, but lately i've been writing a lot more of the actual backbones of songs rather than just my past as being a lead guitarist. so i imagine now my participation in a band would be a lot more as a chief or at least co-songwriter.

from age 14-15 playing cover songs in a buddies garage,
age 16-18 playing our own material with a couple other guys in a band called "phonetic" later known as "the seasons",
from 18-19 with a completely different set of older guys called "the shadow",
since then i've just been doing my own thing... writing and recording.
