Working With Others

How I Work:

(So as far as not-in-the-same-area writing things go..) I am currently working on a very pop project with a friend from Virginia Beach. We are going for the whole Fergie/Gwen vibe. He sends me beats/music/ ideas to my email, then I'll write lyrics/melody and give feed back if I think some parts should change or whatever. Since the end of the semester is here, I have been really busy and out of my head, but I'm getting down to business now that summer is finally here.

I'm totally up for anything like this. I love all kinds of music. If it's interesting, I'm into it.

Experience:

I've been singing/writing/recording/performing since elementary school. Took one year at Berklee but it was too cold for me, so now I'm in Nashvegas.

Equipment:

.Roland XP 60
.Big ol' Casio
.Silvertone Classical Guitar, 3 acoustic guitars, and a Fender Mustang,
.Neumann Mic, many other various mics,
random things.

Your music reminds me of a little more folk version of Feist.

I really really like the innocent, playful sound of Deer. The piano melody caught my attention right from the get! The harmonies are also very wonderfully done! Great JoB!!

Beautiful songs. Although the song "Deer" says 'rough', I liked the ambience in that song. I though I was listening to a Feist song first.
