Insane Mixaken

Born and raised in Cenrtal California and brought up on the sounds of artists like Debbie Deb, Big Daddy Kane and Eric B. and Rakim, The Insane Mixaken found inspiration from Tony G. of the KDAY Mixmasters and began DJing in the late 1980's. From DJ battles to break dancing to buying his first SP1200 The Insane Mixaken explains that "the whole Beat Street scene was just a part of me growing up." In 1994 things began to take off for The Insane Mixaken after returning home from the U.S. Military when he sent a mixtape to Greg "Mack Attack" Mack, then with Ruthless Records.Greg Mack was looking for a DJ for one of his artists, "Kid Frost". The Insane Mixaken was given the opportunity to tour with Frost and met with other well known rappers such as N2DEEP,Slow Pain,A.L.T. and Baby Beesh aka Baby Bash and was also in the studio learning the trade . Keeping on the grind in April of 2000 the Insane Mixaken was offered to do a Cornerstone Mix Cd with D.J. Muggs from Cypress Hill. The cd shook the ears of the streets and the radio industry and helped established Insane's radio mixshows D.J. credability after working at a variety of radio stations throughout the Central Valley, Insane landed at the powerhouse in Fresno KBOS B95 . With a radio mixshow under his belt, he began to produce music for the likes of Baby Bash, N2DEEP, Mac Dre, JuneBug Slim and many more to name. Recently the Insane Mixaken was featured on the Violator Allstar D.J.s Mix Cd Vol. 2. and Maxim Latino Magazine. You can catch Insanie on the road doing shows or in the studio making tracks. Just recently the Insane landed a syndication contract with Superadio thanks to the Baka Boyz Insane will be the first guest Dj ever on the World Famous Master Mixx show syndicated on 85 markets through out the nation. With all these years of experience playing mega hits over the airwaves The Insane Mixaken is taking time to produce some mega hits of his own and some hot remixes of his own. So stay tuned!!!
