I am brand new to this site, so direct me to yours!
I am primarily a lyricist/lyric editor but I am extremely stage fright so I don't sing and that's why I am not pursuing music, though it is a very loved hobby of mine. I have only been playing piano for 2 years or so... though I have only recently taken my practicing seriously... So I have quite a way to go. I signed up here because I am a huge music fan and i would like to find some underground bands that are really good. Plus I am fascinated by the whole musical writing process.
While I am at it, I should also mention that I am a budding entrepreneur- fashion designer specializing in dark arts style women's evening and special occasion apparel. One of my favorite designs involved a purple satin corseted bodice and 20 yards of satin gathered into a 1700s inspired Marie Antoinette dress complete with panier style bum-rolls. Otherwise I am mostly here to listen and hopefully find some really great music in the process!
Thanks for checking out and commenting on my pieces! I do agree that the piano song needs to be longer, 2 mins just isn't enough. I'm anxious to see how I end up extending it. I'll keep you posted if I get a new one finished!
