Whether freestyling onstage, producing in the studio, or battling veteran emcees NyelLee specializes in holding the crowd down. This concious rapper was born out of "The Gathering" scene of Philadelphia, and moved to New York to attend college at the "Clive Davis Dept. Of Recorded Music" at NYU.
He has gone on to establish himself as a regular in the New York open mic scenes, Performing at the Nuyorican, Mindspray Open Mic, and Sin-Sin's Monday nights. Winning battles stacking tracks, and spitting for anyone from the students he mentors to A&R's.

I can, but don't like writing on the spot. Unless I am freestyling off the head (which i also do), I like to have a day or two write and memorize my lyrics. (1 day I'll be a 1 take HOVA)
