Shahrazad MC is a new art-project of Al'Fida who is a professional singer, award winner of international contests, composer, arranger, remix maker, music producer and member of the jury of children’s vocal contests. Al'Fida participated in such famous festivals as “Voice of Asia”, “Eastern Stars in Moscow”, “Musical Sabantui” and others. For many years she had been studying and learning music-production as well as searched for her own style while mixing electro-beat with ethno sound together with her captivating voice. Al’Fida’s teacher is Anna Rudneva, an outstanding and famous Russian professor. Al'Fida sings in different languages, often combining several languages in one song. In 2008 she graduated from Dj Groove Audioschool and bravely stood up at a DJ stand to prove wrong to those who thought of eastern women as shy and reserved. In her childhood Al'Fida loved Eastern fairytales and liked to tell them to other children. By doing so she earned a nickname “little Shahrazad”. Later on she would take this nickname for her new project just adding MC (the master of ceremonies) to it. What fairytale Shahrazad MC will tell us now in this big megalopolis with its problems and conventionalities , where even simple values acquire deformed meaning, breaking though the noise and buzz of a big city. In her song B.B. Habibi two lovers are rushing for a meeting with each other, but are stuck in a traffic jam. Mustafa – is a funny story about a girl who is dreaming to become a hip-hop star and who is reading rap. And only at night, when the moon light gets through the clouds of city smog, some one will hear a quiet confession in the song Kuzlaring: Your eyes! Oh! Only if they were not so beautiful! Your words! Oh! Only if they were not so sweet!

I play mainly keyboard. I can play little Darbuka. I made the "My Durbake" using samples on my keyboard. If you are interested I can definitely create something in dance or club style (using the keyboard) by end of next week.
