I am a self taught musician and can compose, I am not musically trained so I can't read music. I know I it would be an advantage if I did but i never have and dont know if I want to now. Im 46 yrs old and my ultimate career job I want to someday to have, is to work in the film industry scoring for movies or even for just telivision commercials ,documentaries or whatever the industry allows me to display my talents. I dont know much about music recording either but i know that I have a talent to compose music and hear each instrument in my head fro every note and rythm that every intrument needs to play individually as a collective piece together. I'd like to learn from others about diffrent recording programs that could help me learn to record on line and what it takes to have good recording skills to make it in the industry so if there's anyone who does any recording for film professionally I wantt o especailly talk on line and collaberate with you. I hav'nt even ever made a sample cd of my work and want to start there so I could have a cd to present to pontential directors and prodcers so if anyone on this website can help please feel free to e-mail at abel2do4u@yahoo.com I would be more than happy to chat on line and correspond with you as I am very new to all of this but one day want to be effecient at it so that I can help others like myself who would just b starting too.

ok, so now that I have filled out my profile what now? theres no tutorial on how to use this website its very frustrating how you're expected to just figure out how to get in contact with other people and collaberate with them when there's nobody to help you learn how to use this website so is there anybody who can help me figure out what it is I'm supposed to do now that I've filled out my profile. I'm totally clueless here and would greatly appreciate the help.

Hey buddy, I read your conversation and sessions are easy business. My studio page> + Start your own session> then it's cataloged under sessions as "Your name session #1"; afterwards you can upload your own files, rename session under "manage session", do whatever. My advice to you is if you're into the rap/hiphop scene like I am put up beats and let kids/adults flow to them; it's the only way to root through MC's on this site to find the ones with your interest in music on mind. Check out my profile if you wanna see what I'm about.
Peace out bub, hope you figure things out comment back if you wanna chat always open to it, msn is syncert@gmail.com and I've been looking for instruments/members of a music making group for a while now. You like what words I spew I have a spot for you.
