Scott Test

I'm a classically-trained musician with an interest in all kinds of music. I'll be graduating in May with a degree in Music Education from Mansfield University, where I've sung in the choirs for four years - classical repertoire with the Concert Choir, and jazz and madrigals with the Mansfieldians.

I've been playing piano for fourteen years this February, and have studied most genres of music at one point or another - classical, jazz, pop, you name it. I toured Europe last summer as the Concert Choir's accompanist; I've been in the MU Jazz Band for three years, and I hold down a steady gig at a bar downtown where I play oldies and some folk standards. I can keep up with most mid-level guitarists as well, though my interest in guitar is centered more towards folk and bluegrass.

I've written about half of a musical theater project and six or seven listenable songs, and maintain a healthy interest in songwriting and composition.
