began playing music at age 6 (drums, 1985). played sax in school band, discovered guitar, which just made much more sense, at age 15, thanks to inspiration from steve howe. joined first group, an improvisational power trio called "Tuttle", in 1996. entered Beklee College of Music in 1999; completed music synthesis degree in 2003. joined "Bay State Love Machine" from 2002 through 2004. Formed "Kids On Stilts" in 2005; played a few gigs. Formed 'Pterodactyl Rider" in 2007.
