Hi Ishtar. I'm not sure if it's you or not, but are you or were you ever a member of Looperman? And did you download my vocal sample and use it in a song, about 2 or 3 years ago now this would have been. Anyway, if it's not you Hello stranger and sorry for the randomness :o) And if it is you, hello!! This place looks like an interesting abode.

I use many vsts for drum and bass. it really depends on what you need them to do. also many of them can be used for dub :) i recently started using rob papen's predator and albino3 (noisia's fav from what i've heard), hydra aka junglst, if you want to sound like nu:tone or his brother use native instruments massive, zeta is a brilliant program i think danny byrd uses it as well. The one i use the most to get that great sin wave grimey sound try http://vst.hotelsinus.com/ get the big one its free :) I use more but that is just off the top of my head. Oh for hardware the korg electribe emx-1 can just kill it with the classic whah whah that makes dub so fun but that is hardware :/

Yeah I pretty much use fl studio 8 do make tracks now i used to use acid pro 4. but I recently converted to only using fl studio :) I use a beat around 160-165 when i am making liquid like logistics (haev you heard his new track "toy town"? ) when i make live stuff i use the electribes. I would love to hear how well the nano works with fl. If you want you can see my studio in my pictures and feel free to ask any questions about my gear ,or on any vsts

Geoff D. wrote on July 17, 2009:
