Favorite Lyric:

Devious movements in your eyes
Moved me from relief
Breath comes out white clouds with your lies
And filters through me
You're close to the final word
You're staring right past me in dismay
A liquid seeps from your chest
And drains me away
Mist ripples round your thin white neck
And draws me a line
Cold fingers mark this dying wreck
This moment is mine

Day Job:
Jamba Juice . . .

ESP 205 and a Ibanez SR-506 through a Crate combo 15" (soon will be replaced with an Ashdown Superfly 500 watt amp, a 2x10 cabinet and single 15 cabinet), but I record directly to my computer without going through my amp.

Wow, very surprised to find someone else that knows that like I do! We'll definitely have to jam sometime after I've figured this site out. I play bass primarily but can also do some passable guitar work.

Maybe I'll start a session up and invite you to it...

Haha yeah, talk about an incredible band? I actually just finally got Out of Myself, can't believe I've gone so long only listening to Second Life Syndrome and then R.E.M.

Have you listened to Mariusz' solo album Lunatic Soul? It's not Riverside (no electric guitar) but still very good.

thanks for the comment. hey, that's my favorite lyric, too. got me through a rough break up with my baby momma last summer. now i can just about play that whole song while singing it. (he said with a collapsed throat lol)

would love to do some opeth cover work with ya. not sure what i'd do since you already got the bass side covered. however, the opeth songs i already know how to play are Bleak, Wreath, Deliverance, Masters Apprentices, Windowpane, In My Time of Need, To Rid the Disease, and (oh yes) Heir Apparent. love playing Heir Apparent lol. i know some select riff from other songs like Ghost of Perdition, Leper Affinity, Drapery Falls, and When.

you can see what i have to record with and, if you're interested, i can give you some pointers if you want to start recording on your computer.
