Albano was born in Montreal Canada of immigrant parents . His father originating from "Eritrea" (east Africa) and mother from "Naples" Italy. His father is a Salesman, his mother is a hairdresser . Divorced in 1986 .At the age of 6 Albano's mother tookoff and married his baptisim Godfather wich was his father's best friends. Albano has a 1st communion Godfather wich presently lives in the Bronx NewYork. His mother was later diagnosed with maniac depression resulting to medication usage and He as been composing voice melody's (beatBoxing) ever since . At
the age of fourteen, on a regular basis until the age of sixteen , he then concentrated on his education enrolling in various science projects. His experiences in the television industries taught him discipline and courage to proceed. Albano then headed on into the world of music, as well as continuing his journey in the movie industry.
In 1998, Albi`s first intention in the music industry was to start by beeing a Dj and to purchase turn tables but purchased his first keyboard at the neighborhood pawnshop instead , the legendary KORG M1 Multitrack Workstation sequencer was paid with his first corner store clerk paycheck at the age of fourteen . His father who was a hard working realistic Salesman did not approve of Albano`s artistic decisions .He later discovered multitrack sequence recording. Albano aka POW (Prisoner Of War) "Lucky 13" Chose to ride with this name because of his contrevertial views towards war and was raised by his father wich was a veteran. The "Lucky 13" is because he lives in district # 13 and often crosses the number 13 daily !! So he chose to make it a lucky number.

Albano built a large repertoire of 22 tapes, 60 minutes each, all analog tape recordings of his own rhythms & compositions before entering the digital world of producing. His instrumental music sparked many new age hip hop & r&b groups all around Montreal.
He then gained the local respect desired to start his own group entitled U.N. (United Nations) The group consists of many different ethnic Mc`s which express the American way of life viewed threw a immigrant state of mind. Albidamned Productions was born and the best Montreal beats and rhymes were born threw mature sound conceptions and innovative vibes.
