I made it man. That was crazy! Now I just have to make something really REALLY good. I like that better than the whole voting bizniz too. Yet I do want to get somewhere with my music so unfortunately can't avoid it. Hope Indaba will make some policy changes but I doubt it. We'll see.. I love remixing though

HammaHouse !!! wrote on November 21, 2008:

Hey man! Gonna go to Uninfected Techno Saturday with Zentz and Adam X?? Anyway.. I'm participating in the heated remix contest feat. The Roots. I'm at 21st place right now and need to stay top 25 for just another day. Please support me with your vote if you like my HAMMAHOUSE style. It means a lot to me.

Leave some feedback on my profile if you have some. Have a good one!

This is a message of good luck, is not a message "vote me" or anything like that. Simply say that i have known to many people with fastastics remixes which should be well studied to make good use of the vote.
Is an experience in this contest of Mariah Carey and I am very pleased to have participated in it.
a strong greetings and I hope you have a lot of good luck partner!

I hope you like my salsa remix. http://www.indabamusic.com/submissions/show/2811 ;-)

Spikey Jay wrote on August 28, 2008:

Thank you so much, Jasinski!! I really appreciate your support and compliments on my remix and arrangement style! I wanted to create a remix that could appeal to the Tween pop/rock demographic that's bringing success to acts like Miley Cyrus and Jonas Brothers, because let's face it lol those young artists are the ones that are really making millions with album sales and Disney Channel spots. I thank you for your support, my friend! Your mix is nuts! So original and creative - those robotic/wobbly vocals in the chorus are crazy cool! And your reconstruction of the bridge is nuts, how it utilizes the same melody to build up with a mono vocal, and then turn into stereo as her ad lib comes back in. That's a nice funky beat too! Thank you again my friend for all of your support, and I'd love your vote if you get a chance! You have my support! Good luck! - Spikey Jay (P.S. I just heard the ending - NUTS!) lol awesome job man =)

Very original style remix of the Mariah carey song!. Original way to use the vocal track. Nice beat

Darien Train wrote on August 27, 2008:

You have an excellent body of work. I'm actually not a huge fan of IDM but your style's dense, flagrant, and a credit to the genre (without actually sounding like that genre.) Bravo.

HammaHouse !!! wrote on August 27, 2008:

Hey Im looking at your updated gearlist. I like that MS 20, That's the real shit. Have you seen this video? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U3n70_3Mz6M That's a definition of PHAT. Izotope is also what they used on Justin's vocals 4 SexyBack. It's a cool plug but can get a bit too crazy at times. DO you know this one by Jomox? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpdsSP8LR2U THat is quite amazing! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2XCjWu_KjpE&feature=related
