Mr.Salmon was born December 1973 in Leicester City England. Raised by his grand parents while his parents worked, Michael was often left to his own devises for entertainment, which lead to his vivid imagination and creative flare. His love for music started at an early age when his grand parents bought him his first toy record player. Influenced by older friends whom played reggae music at the local community centre, he studied how they built sound systems and wired up sets before playing out and making sound tapes. This fuelled his passion for music more which lead him onto D.j'ing and chatting. After being introduced to Yo Mtv Raps, Michaels love for reggae drifted over to hip hop inspired by artist such as Public Enemy N.W.A and others. After studying arts at college and university he bought his first keyboard and taught himself how to play and create music and beats. Since that day he has accomplished a knowledge of editing and music production and is now established as a vibes beat maker. He has worked with a varied selection of local artist such as The Blakk Hyenas, Knrt, 1127, Axis, Mellow and many others, creating mixtapes and remixing tracks. Broadening his horizons he is now set on exploring dance music, rock, reggae and artist development to continue his love for music further.

Expanding my musical range I'm looking to use indaba to meet artist and producers to collaberate on tracks, remixes, vid ideas and more. I'm not on a schedule as such and work all hours depending on the vibes...so if u want to collab on any projects just holla.
