A couple of comments and I'll start with the positive first. I like the pad and chords you guys used. When you dropped in the original song beats, I thought it could be a train wreck, but you got right back on track (sorry for the bad pun). And now for the bad comments: 1) Your mix starts three-seconds late and has twenty-two seconds of dead air at the end. Tighten things up in the future 2) The rim shots weren't really working for me because they are so random. You're never quite sure when they will hit, and sometimes they drop out when you want them to hit. Remember, if you want this to be heard in a club, you don't want to challenge the listener who has already had several drinks 3) We don't get any beats until twenty-four seconds into the mix 4) Build your mixes up some more in the future. I think in section three something else could've been thrown in. 4) I agree with Wilf L. that the clap could be stronger. Except for your synth pad, there isn't much going on in the stereo field. You could have panned the claps slightly left or right or or put some slight verb onto them to fill the field a little bit more.

not bad but production could be sharper. a meaner clap would help it a lot. sometimes you just have to dump a sound and replace it with another to make a mix really work.
