oh wow, your Criminal Mix made me wanna get up and dance! Love the melody you added, and the drums. Great job...my only complaint is that it's too short!

Janet Fiedler wrote on October 31, 2008:

Thanks for downloading my song, hope you like it. Any feedback is appreciated!

Andrew Bareham wrote on October 22, 2008:

Hey steve. Thank you very much.
I'm trying to improve with all the subtle things to make a mix sound good. The autotune just helps the feel of the song. But a lot of artists use it on every song and it doesn't work. I really enjoy the song "My Arms Wide Open"

Matt Palmer wrote on October 20, 2008:

Likewise Steve, Thanks :) I really dig Ultimatum, it is my favorite.. Got love the strings... But all your work is exceptional. I am down to collaborate if you ever have a need for an axe I am at your service. Cheers ~ Matt

CRSIDE .COM wrote on October 10, 2008:

love your yo yo ma mix man..will definitley be voting for you..keep in touch..

Michael Lee wrote on October 9, 2008:

Go Steve! Looks like ya got me beat for good. I could change my vote at the last minute though! lol I was wondering what would happen if on august 16th right before the voting ends if everybody cancels their for the people ahead of them. I'm not gonna do it, but I'm almost pretty sure somebody is. lol

Michael Lee wrote on October 6, 2008:

lol Sweet! Thanks dude. That was my first released remix and I learned so much doing it. I am gonna try to do something different with each remix I put out. I was really wanting to do more with the vocals by moving them around and spacing them out more or something like that, but by then I figured that I already did enough damage to it so I left it alone.

Michael Lee wrote on October 6, 2008:

Oh man... Huge improvement on ULTIMATUM from the last time that I listened too it. Its almost perfect... I wish you could have recorded your vocals better. There are a few vocal pops in it that are pretty distracting from the song itself. Did you use a good condenser microphone and have it aimed away from your mouth or set back a little bit? Other than that... the ending is my favorite part where you left the vocal effects in and were saying, "the skies"! It is very magical- keep it up.

Steve, selamat selamat :-) Hey...all rated 5star here. Good job! Thx for your input in the session :-)

Mr. H. wrote on September 19, 2008:

I like the version of Non Dairy Creamer, especially the beginning. Like Lee says though, it needs more vocals. And it does sound a bit messy (the music) around the middle. Very good job overall!!

Michael Lee wrote on September 17, 2008:

In response to your song having too much echo:

I think you're Non-Dairy Creamer remix has not enough of your voice/whoever is singing whom I assume is you. I hear an amazing voice underneath everything else. I wish I could hear it in both speakers as well as it being a little bit clearer instead of muddled down with effects.

( And I'd also like to say Rowan Atkinson is the man; and I love your default pic- its scary and hilarious at the same time.)

Sean Krueger wrote on September 16, 2008:

great original mix for Non-Dairy Creamer!

Edward Haskins wrote on August 28, 2008:

your passenger remix is awesome :)

djRoman InDaMix wrote on August 9, 2008:

Great trance club remix! Yes, as suggested before maybe the vocals are a bit out of the beat at start. On the other side, the main vocals are ok :) Congratulations and good luck!

ClubKid a.k.a. Chris Nicolaou wrote on August 9, 2008:

its all good.. my tip for you is to listen to mariah's track... listen to where her vocals and beats start.. have an close ear out to the cues she has in her songs.. its all about timing... same as the trancy beat u have.. try and make the trance melody and the beat match in time.. speed up the melody.. imagine the melody as a "runner trying to reach for a certain finish point". The finish point is the beat of the song.. they must stay in time or else the runner will not go far.. if that makes sense... :S

sorry if it doesnt.. i can explain more if u want

lol i favourite past time is proabably just oging out with friends.. partying .. listening to music.. hmm.. my favourite sport is probably eating looll.. whats urs???
