Hiyo! When you have a minute, I would love it if you'd listen to Dandy Lion, my Mariah Carey remix. If you're feelin' my jammms, then feel free to vote for it here: http://www.indabamusic.com/submissions/show/2192. Thanks for your time! Paz y Pesos, Gejius
on your loving long time mix....the vocals start 2 THE WRONG TIME. usually DJ's speak in counts musicians speak in Bars your count is off...try to format your track close to the original (8bar Choruses 8bar Verses etc). If You can mix with turntables multi-tracking is pretty easy. Tempo Key & count (Important)...
Hey, there is no software better than the other. all it takes is knowing what you working with in and out and you will be THEE PRO. I actually tried every software out there Reason, FL Studio, Cubase, Nuendo, Cakewalk Sonar, Pro Tools, you name them all. And you know what I settled for something people don't even know about Synapse Orion. For me it is the banger!!! I can do with it whatever I want. So remember find one that is at your heart and you will be unbeatable. http://www.indabamusic.com/people/579160574
Here u actlly have a pretty sweet deal for cubase studio 4. Studio 4 is the bit downgraded version of cubase 4. cubase 4 goes for $800,- while studio 4 goes for $400,- from the top of my head. http://www.indabamusic.com/people/vectorstation2/blog
THATS WHAT I'M SAYINGGG!!!?!?!?!?!
i just dont get it. i feel bad for guys in the MC contest who probably wont even get heard cause they dont have enough friends or something like that. it's dumb.
Kids are playing dirty to win this contest and I worked wayyy to hard to lose to guys that just have more friends than me. Please listen to my Passenger Remix and vote?

trust me on this one, the KRK line is the best, but do pick one that has a clear bass. I know a lot of producers that like these and it tells from their productions. If you click on my photos, you can see how i set em up.
hey there if you have the time could you check out my passenger - do what you like remix and vote for it if you like it.

thanks xxxxx :)
everyone can learn =) you know, the most important part about making good beats is that you have good monitor speakers. you really need to hear what you're doing and u cant do that on speakers that dont cut it. I have KRK V8 2'S. Kinda xpensive, but they provide the bass without a need for a subwoofer and they have a clear sound across the spectrum
Protools is only cool when you can afford the HD system which adds additional processing power
I use Cubase 4. I owuldn't recommend Protools. Yeah everyone and their mother is using it, but for a simple set up, there is much better shit.
Try Ableton Live(probably the best) Cubase, Reason, or Fruityloops (the cheapest).
Hey Ron! Listening to your Mariah mix right now I love the intro of the mix. It's very sweet and precious, just right for Mariah. You also use that Hard hittin MEAN clap. Just make sure that the beat is in pitch with Mariah's vocals and than you have a cool mix. Check mine too and if u dig it leave me a comment. All the best, Wilf
