Working With Others

How I Work:

Hard. Then harder. :) I do work gratis just for the sheer enjoyment and also to help others create music. I also work as a session player if need be and prefer to work by the project. Always lookin' to Rock!!!!

Experience:

I've had formal musical training in both piano and guitar. I've been playing the guitar for about 28 years. I've been in few bands here and there...no one really notable to mention.

Equipment:

I use Peavey tubie amps tweaked, (with a VCO in line...... always prompting a "What's burning downstairs?" question from my wife.) This combo is absolutely stupid loud and that VCO (Voltage Control Oscillator) gives an unreal amount of juice. It cooks those tubes pretty good for an assload of gain and overdive...... all bolted and Frankenstein'd together. Ugly as hell and not much to look at..... but it's my baby...... I love it and it's treated like one of the family!!!! I play ESP, Ibanez, Ovation and Hamer guitars (no preference here....I regard guitars as strictly a tool of the trade....they really only have a life expectancy of about 2 years with me...... tops. I play and beat the living shit out them until I have get another. No favorites here!!! :) with custom gauge strings from Ernie Ball. .008 on the light side ending in .042 and .046's to try and give chunkier bottom end sound the guitars. I utilize a mish mash of effects... Boss DD-6 Digital Delay, Boss MT2 Metaltone, Boss BF-3 Flanger, MXR Phase 100, MXR Stereo Chorus, an old MXR Distortion Plus (for that "old school" metal crunch) and a Dunlop Crybaby Wah. (Gawd.....this reads like a endorsement ad...........:) Really it's just shit I use......I haven't become an endorsement whore YET!!!!! ............. although I'm not above it!!!! :P

Hi, you're making really good music, i just bought me an electric guitar and practise until my hands and fingers hurt, You must have really fast fingers to do that, respect!!! But if you find a minute, please check my Mariah remix and support good quality music, though it's not the same style of music ;). I'd be happy about your vote! Cheers, Damian Z.

Thank you Jose'!!!! You are most kind. I appreiciate it very much!!!! I too hope it catches on..time will tell I guess......... I really like your playing as well....you have some good stuff brother!!!! I have enjoyed playing with yourself and Phil Maas. I love your guys tone. I can't seem to get that type of tone from my equipment. My Peaveys' are capable, but the room I record in is very live and "wet" sounding ambience wise. I'm adding some sound proofing and such, so we'll see how it affects the acoustics fo the room and stuff. Again bro' thanks....I look forward to playing with you again soon.............
