- How I Work:
For the past two years, I have been almost exclusively working through the internet, Tele Mixing, as it were. I very much look forward to mixing a new project every day. I accept pay pal, and also work a good deal through esession.com. typically I listen to an mp3 of the song, get a feel for what needs to be done, then we use .mac (mobile me) or yousend it to get the tracks. I then set to work to do the necessary work to get the mix up to broadcast quality. I send revisions through email, or use the Virtual Glass RTAS plug-in available through esession.com
- Experience:
I've been mixing hit records since i first moved to new york city thirty years ago. My first hits were "Happy" by Surface, and "Only in my Dreams " Debbie Gibson. My latest hit was Herbie Hancock "Possibilities".
- Equipment:
I mix on a PrOTools Hd192 rig , going through a Neve summing mixer into an Allen Smart C2 compressor. This has been my mix rig of choice for the past three years.
