Working With Others

How I Work:

sometime shit just comes together. Most of the time I just feel depressed about my past relationship and all the bullshit I put up with and how much I hate life and people..and sometimes a song or a melody at least pops in my head when i'm fooling around with a keyboard. Then I start looping the melody - 16 bars usually and then add drums and solo instruments.
Then I try to write lyrics with my co-worker Dave who usually has a completely different view on the song than I do and we fight it out and words come out and then one of us starts singing it
and then the other will add in some other vocals after a few passes. Oh we do this in Garage band- with a snow ball mic by BLUE. (the vocals) then send it to Logic.

Then we add other sounds- stupid sounds like rain or laughter
and then we make an .mp3 in Logic Pro
then send it out to here.

Experience:

I'm not sure what this website is, but I like the fact that I can upload mp3's to it.

I need to share my songs.

Equipment:

Logic Pro, keyboard, blue snowball mic.

See your talking to the man who created EVO a style combining indutrial, rock, rap, and eletronic so I'm all for it. There were just a few spots where the flow of the song kinda changed up a lil too much so the listener kinda gets out of the flow then the ending kinda throws it out of that style so your kinda left like......

but i love how you had the girl come in at certain places and when that guitar comes in thats real kool as well. when it first started I was hooked but like i mentioned just some parts where if it flowed and it had slight changes instead of the dramatic change ups I think you would have a whole genre of people who would dig it. just my two cents, im NO EXPERT and dont play one on TV. lol
