About Me

Skill Level:

Instruments:
Bass, synthesizer, acoustic guitar, 12 string guitar, electric guitar, midi controller
Genres:
metal, alternative rock, electronic, jam band, jazz blues, punk
Influences:

I play guitar and produce music via live instruments, midi, pc stuff. I'm into metal, punk, jam band, alt. jazz, some hip-hop and a lot of Jamtronica / electronic music. I play every instrument, via live or PC programmed, on these original tracks I've uploaded to this site. Most were recorded in under a week as "at home demos" just to get better at self production! Looking forward to jamming with some of you!

Working With Others

How I Work:

Listen to more of my music on ReverbNation.com - As far a "credit" goes I feel you "own" what you contribute, anything you contribute to can be distributed for free at your discretion as long as all credits are listed... money and success require more discussion and will provide us all what we want so lets all collaborate (that may mean a bit of collaborative competition) and have some fun!!!

Experience:

A lot of song writing and guitar playing chops. Played over 100 live shows... I have a years experience with home production via midi, guitars, bass and a PC which is where these tracks on this site came from...

My Motif-XS allows me to easily get studio quality strings, horns, sfx tracks if anyone needs a little flair in their music!

Some PC recording w. various software.
+100 club/bar rock gigs (mostly crappy ones)
Able to play/write bass tracks on demos.
Learning the Motif Synths / Pads / Piano

Fender Jazz Bass
POD X3 (Guitar/Bass/Vocal Effects)

Hey Brian, liking the tunes. I hear shades of The Dead Kennedys and Faith No More which really works for me.
Keep on keeping on.

Do you have lyrics and/or melody line? Or do you need someone to write that for the songs? I can do both while incorporating my vocals If you like, but for the sake of progress, I bet you would be the best person to write the lyrics and melody because nobody knows their song better than the writer. Let me know.

Hey Brian! Sorry have been busy with other things but am here for a while so dropping in to say hi. I'm updating the tracks I have up here so please have a listen and tell me what you think. Your music is incredibly emotion filled. How do you get that constant warmth?

Sean Myerovich wrote on July 11, 2009:

Thanx for the awesome comment Brian! It's funny how many of us are involved in our own studio projects now. No more "the singer needs a ride", "the bass player is too drunk", or my favorite ~ "the drummer's over-dramatic girlfriend has gone totally YOKO on everyone". It's so much easier to just do what you want with no hassle. Not to mention, recording myself has TOTALLY changed how I write nowadays. Good work here Brian, it's cool to meet others who do the same thing as me as far as music goes.
