Hey Indaba-heads! :P

We just wanted to drop a line and say thanks to all those who have made submissions for our remix contest. You would think we'd be sick of listening to 'Shine 4U' by now but we aren't, as all of the submissions are so different and creative. This is by far one of the coolest things we've been a part of. You guys totally rock!

So, while we are listening away to your submissions (there are so many we like) we hope you have been too cause it's time to vote! We wanted to go the extra mile for you and thought it might be helpful if your friends and fans had more incentive to vote - so Indaba and us are giving away an iPod Touch in a random draw for voters. So tell your fam and fans to vote for you and they might win!

We are so stoked to have this contest on Indaba and be a part of your community. And we want to thank Indaba for all the hard work the past couple of months getting this contest going. You guys rock! It's awesome to follow other great contests like K-OS, the Roots, Mariah Carey and (gush) Stephen Colbert.

We are currently in Madrid (Camille is flamenco dancing) and heading next to Ibiza to see the Kooks in concert. We'll be in London after that and then heading to New York to hang out with everyone at Indaba. It's going to be a crazy couple of weeks.

We have to say that we have been awed by the creativity you guys have been putting forth in the remixes. We definitely have some faves (listened to more than a few on repeat) but we can't say which, cause that wouldn't be fair. We are really looking forward to hearing all the other stuff, including the death metal mix someone promised on the contest chat board. Also, we are thrilled with how many people are entering the contest. Indaba tells us that there is a new entrant approximately every 2.5 minutes!

We are working on a video blog so hopefully we'll get that done soon. Sangria is both our enemy and our friend. :P
