Experience:

I've been recording lo-fi for several years but moved up to Pro Tools this fall with the new, student-run studio at Duke.

Equipment:
Though we (Small Town Records) work with only 8 tracks at a time, we have 12 mics including our newest addition the Beta SM58 A. Shure is our most popular brand, but our Neumann vocal mic adds some great finishing touches to the music we produce. Everything is done with Pro Tools LE and basic plugins. Our board is a Digi 002. We recently added some cool lamps and multi-colored lighting to set the mood.
