Music is my Religion

I'd like to create soundtracks for films, and one day make enough money from that to pay survival fees (rent, bills, groceries, etc). I burn my music to cds, and give them to people I find genuinely interested in music.

If you wanna remix anything of mine, hit me up, I'll be more than glad to give you the files you need - just ask. And if you think we should collab, hit me up as well.

Extended

Band or Group:
My name: David Druen

Working With Others

How I Work:

40 hrs a week, minimal wage.
Na.

This is work? I thought this was play time.

I never try to sell my "work" - especially in these hard economic times.

Hit me up if you wanna collab on something, or if you wanna remix anything i've done.

Are you experienced?

I'm a musician. My musical toolbox includes:

electric guitar
electric bass
drumset
hand drums and other percussion

mixing and audio editing software

I also like improvising music with friends (in real life)...

Hey bro, that is an impressive jufro. Even more impressive than all my current jufriendsfros put together, although it may lose out to my afroafros former glory.

AAAANYWAY...onto the music and away frm the briar patch of racial humour. I know you go for atmospheric stuff, but am inviting you to any future sessions as I respect your ears! Feel free to decline accept and add comments

Chris Albright wrote on October 10, 2009:

Hey man don't know if it'll help, but listen to the track I just uploaded onto my profile "constellations" and see if it gives you a little guidance. (xD AHA, so I admit I want your track to be more oriented towards rap)

Chris Albright wrote on October 8, 2009:

7-8 minutes of that instrumental would be bomb man. If I could even get a verse in on that it'd be tight, just about to upload another song I just finished over the last two days check it out. (Instrumental isn't mine, but as you could guess I MC'ed)

Virginia Slim wrote on August 27, 2009:

Why thank you for showing crazy love towards my work, I appreciate it deeply; you have no idea!... but with any "genre," there is a fine line that no artists should walk. Walking that fine line will only put your music in a box and supress your creativity.Adding your own style, history, pain and experience to your music sets you apart from the rest..Believe that.

Loving the work, keep your swagger up cause you definitely have it..continue to push yourself to be different, because being different just feels better.
