About Me

Skill Level:
Professional
Craft:
lyricist, visual artist, graphic designer, music student, journalist, producer, production manager
Instruments:
Guitar (All), piano
Genres:
Hip-Hop, folk, acoustic, jazz (all)
Influences:
Method Man, Jeru the Damaja, Wyclef Jean, CL Smooth, Jazzy Jeff, Nujabes, Nas, Dave Mallett

I am a musician, who came from the sticks of Maine. I picked up the guitar and piano three years ago. I have no clue where it came from. I am self-taught and most recently have been working on HIp Hop music. I studied abroad in the Himalayas of Bhutan and India and lived with Tibetans. Learning the language and studying Buddhism, I came back with everything I needed in order to let my consciousness flow. My rhyming is all freestyles, due mostly to the amount of wordplay which is happening, inhibiting my ability to write it down. I also was born on the same day as Christopher Wallace

Favorite Lyric:

Dust my shoulders off like Aaliyah now,
should of seen me be leavin' now,
on a jet plane, but it's all the same;
Everyone crashing down in the end mang.

Travis D. wrote on August 22, 2009:

Yo whats up young buck? You have a nice flow and a good grasp on rhyme schematics, also I pick up a lot of original thought. I suggest you write more, it will be more difficult than flowing but it will help out your freestyle game a lot, makes it more tangible. I like the first 25 sec of Wonderland the best, sounded like that part was written. Writing can leave room for wordplay, just do it when your inspired, and count out the sections you feel you would've made marks on during freestyle for whatever particular track your focus is on. Trust me on this, writing helped me out immensely.

You got some tight rhymes yo! Thats tight that you traveled and studied in that region. That'll put reality and consciousness into perspective. Keep it up and spit true to the soul man.
