You are at the official Indaba music site of Insomnia Cafe. We are a alternative metal/rock group located in Pittsburgh, PA. We have played a few shows in the area, and we're looking to expand ourselves.

Insomnia Cafe was born in the attic of drummer, Jordan in 2004. He and four other people had started the band and mostly played Halloween music. They fell apart after about 3 months. Then, in 2006, Jordan and Matt pick up the band as a small hobby, writing a few songs such as “sticks” and “fire”. They went through a few broken promises of various other people and had members flake out. In 2008, Mia started playing with the band as a joke, playing the cow bell. Eventually that year, she became a serious member of the group as a minor vocalist and bass player. “Thats all there is, there isn't anymore.”
