Throughout history sound/music conveys a raw emotion of communication between humans. A universal expression respected from all levels of life, inevitably providing a sense of therapy. Hence, the identity of gracetone.
"gracetone", began consciously studying music at age of seven, learning to play the trumpet, recorder, & drums. As he continued to explore his love for music, gracetone created his first analog to digital composition in 1997 and refuse to stop. An extensive muse from all genres of music is evident to explore while listening. Presenting a versatile selection of original compositions for all ages to enjoy.

Demo Audio Test Reel:
Conceptualized, designed & composed a soundtrack & sound effect audio test.
Soundtrack Reel--The following visual graphics initially captured my eyes. With rich, sharp, mystical colors and beautiful subtlety, I desired to create a mood/ atmosphere to compliment these visual effects. Therefore, I decided to start with a modern sound of strings. Complimenting the "old gold" text, suggesting the time period, but yet a modern twist of events, a new tale, and a journey. "Ear-piercing", "spine-tingling", is what came to mind, coherently telling the story, image & sound. My intention on the soundtrack was to tell a story using sound (such elements like Peter & the Wolf), maintain continuity & fluidity w/ visuals, enhance the mystical atmosphere provided, and nevertheless, make a viewer want to know more.
Sound Effects Reel--The following visual graphics inspired me to compliment the textures, warm/hot temperature, & gritty atmosphere. In regards to the title, clash is often described with metallic noise or collision of metals, therefore I wanted to keep that entity continuously lingering, as well as suggest the sound of the tank. My intention on the sound effects was to create & enhance the space. Add depth, ambiance to the chaos, creating different levels of effects for the viewer to feel apart of the event. To feel the chaos, energy, & grittiness of war. Focusing on making gun shots/explosions closer to the camera louder and vice versa for distant effects. And provide an overall atmosphere of mayhem.
